Wilder Ferments launched in 2018 when two hobbies combined into one fizzy lifting drink. Niko’s background in fermentation and Evita’s herbal studies laid the groundwork for what would become our flagship kombucha flavor ~ Elderberry Tonic.
We combine the highest quality organic and wildcrafted herbs with happy microbes to brew our signature dry and decidedly tart kombucha. Our focus is on showcasing the unique flavors of our local terroir and fermenting them into novel creations. Cheers!
